Dr. Graff is a Sonoma County native, who graduated from Piner High School, Santa Rosa Community College, and U.C. Davis. He is very glad to have returned to his roots. Joe was a charter member of the California Veterinary Medical Association’s “Human, Companion Animal Bond Committee”, which sought to recognize, explore, and strengthen the bond between us and our pets, both in and outside of the professional setting.

Dr. Graff spent 25 years in emergency clinics in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and has been with Dr. Rupiper and East Petaluma Animal Hospital for more than a decade now. Dr. Graff's home life includes dogs, goats and a cat (and a very loving spouse).
